 - Current Processing time: we ship within 5 working days 

- Our shipping days are: Mondays and Thursdays

- UK orders: Royal Mail 1 Class  (from £3.99), 2 Class (from £2.99)  and tracked couriers (from £8.5). Processing time always apply.

 - Shipping within UK is free for orders over £30

  * You can check current delivery  times on royal mail website  , it is usually 1-3 working days (for the Royal Mail 1st) or 5-7 days (for the Royal Mail 2nd). Delivery times are in addition to our processing time. 


If the goods are in stock, orders will be sent out within 5 working days.

If the item is out of stock, the order may take longer to complete. Customers will be informed of any further delay via email or telephone.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Standard Shipping:

We use Royal Mail 24 and 48.

After the item was shipped (allow 5 working days for processing)  expected delivery time 1-3 working days (for the Royal Mail24) or 5-7 days (for the Royal Mail48)  it takes longer during busy periods. 

Shipping within UK is free for orders over £30

 Tracked Shipping:

We will use one of the tracked services as appropriate (processing time apply)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Postage and packaging charges for returns

  Delivery Charges for returns. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item to you but we CANNOT refund your costs in returning it to us.

If Royal Mail or another courier is unable to deliver to the delivery address provided and returned to us for any of the following reasons:
address incomplete
addressee gone away
address inaccessible
addressee unknown
not called for
no such address
In the above cases postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded. You will need to pay for re-delivery.
