We are posting your orders on Mondays and Thursdays.

- UK orders: We mainly use Royal Mail. ( Processing time always applies.)

- Shipping within UK is free for orders over £35

  After the item was shipped (allow 5 working days for processing)  expected delivery time 3-5 working days it takes longer during busy periods.


If the goods are in stock, orders will be sent out within 5 working days.

If the item is out of stock, the order may take longer to complete. Customers will be informed of any further delay via email or phone.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Standard Shipping:  £ 3.99 or free for UK orders over £35

Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. 

The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the UK. The recipient of the Products, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. 

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are not able to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in your country before ordering goods to be delivered there.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Delivery Charges for returns. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item to you but we CANNOT refund your costs in returning it to us.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to supply us with the CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS .

If Royal Mail or another courier is unable to deliver to the delivery address provided and returned to us for any of the following reasons:

  • address incomplete
  • addressee gone away
  • address inaccessible
  • addressee unknown
  • refused
  • not called for
  • no such address
  • In the above cases postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded. You will need to pay for re-delivery.   


What can I do if my item is shown as delivered, but it hasn’t been received?

Please ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery.
Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safe place if you have one.

If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.
Please  check the shipping address was correct.
 If the item has been scanned as delivered today but it can't be located, this may be due to a rare scanning error. Please allow an extra day for the item to be delivered before contacting Royal mail. Info from the Royal Mail website 

Order status meaning:

Order Status: Awaiting Fulfillment   - Order placed and is awaiting to be fulfilled.
Order Status: Awaiting Shipment   - Order is physically being put together and will ship very soon, usually on the same day.
Order Status: Shipped  - Order is in transit to you. Tracking numbers  if applicable are now attached to your order and can be found by logging into your account.
 Multiple orders

When you place multiple orders it is not possible to get shipping charges refunded, even if the items arrive in the same box. Please make sure you added all the items before checking out.
